The suite was great, but the wifi was super spotty.

missingWrote a review on Nov 21pool viewconvenient locationdirty sheetsunclean bathroomlack of utensils
The room offered beautiful views of the pool, creating a nice atmosphere for relaxation. Location-wise, it sat conveniently near various restaurants.
The bedsheets were dirty on arrival and had to be changed, and the bathroom appeared unclean and stained. Unfortunately, the 'kitchen' was completely lacking utensils, which made it frustrating to self-cater. There were also issues with creaky beds that disrupted sleep and an ineffective sink tap, adding to the discomfort of the stay.

absolutely disgusting stay. sheets stained, bathroom not cleaned, and no one offered to replace anything unless, of course, I asked. i guess expecting a room upgrade would’ve been too much. the noise from the AC was unbearable, yet my concerns fell on deaf ears. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. steer clear! !

Spacious room with a lovely pool view, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast options delivered to my balcony. The peaceful garden area made for a calming atmosphere to relax after exploring Ubud.
Wifi connection could use some improvement, and the stairs might be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage.

The suite with a pool view was a highlight, offering a serene atmosphere and stunning visuals. the lack of kitchen utensils made the cooking facilities less functional than expected. The service staff were accommodating regarding room changes, which was appreciated, though it was frustrating to deal with the initial mix-up.

I stayed for 7 nights in a suite with a pool view. The breakfasts were nice, delivered to my balcony. The quiet private patio was a good escape, a peaceful way to enjoy the surroundings. I appreciated the friendly staff who were attentive and tried to help when I needed it. The location was convenient with interesting spots nearby.
The kitchenette had no utensils, which was a letdown. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it hard to stay connected.
